Sharing uses Google services subject to their terms, permissions, quotas, and availability. Offline changes are synchronized when possible; delivery is not instant or guaranteed. Keep backups. Review conflicts before relying on shared totals. The Sheet owner controls access and should keep the Sheet restricted to named Google accounts.
