BillCheck privacy

BillCheck stores your working plan on your device. Sharing is optional. Private bills, income, bank balances, preferences, and reservations are not uploaded by sync. Bills and payment records in a connected shared workspace are sent directly to its Google Sheet. Shared log records include the Google email of the person who edited them.

Google authorization requests email identity, permission to manage Sheets, and access to Drive files used with this app. The Sheets scope permits access to your spreadsheets; BillCheck only uses the shared Sheets you explicitly create or connect. Google enforces the Sheet’s sharing permissions. Tokens stay with Google Play services or in native app memory; they are not included in exports, links, or the APK.

Other authorized group editors can read and modify shared records and can copy downloaded information. Removing their access prevents future Google access but does not erase their offline copies. The change log retains previous versions and deletion markers; deleting a bill hides it in the planner, not from the audit log.

Disconnect Google in Sharing to stop future sync from this app. Remove authorization in your Google Account’s third-party access settings to revoke the Google grant. Manage group access or delete the Sheet in Google Drive. Uninstalling BillCheck deletes app-private local data. Export backups first.

The invitation page uses no analytics, cookies, or third-party scripts. Its hosting provider can receive standard request metadata, including the invitation’s Sheet ID. The ID is not an access credential. No bills are served by this website. Contact the person who distributed your BillCheck installation for support.
